If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorization, you must notify ph60 support immediately via live chat. ph60 may temporarily suspend your account pending investigation of any reported unauthorized access.
ph60 is required to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification in compliance with applicable Philippine anti-money laundering regulations. You may be required to submit government-issued identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership before withdrawals are processed. Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe may result in account restrictions.
ph60 accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other payment methods as listed on the platform's cashier page. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Deposits are credited to your ph60 account in Philippine Peso (PHP). ph60 does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.
All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are not permitted and may result in account suspension and reversal of funds.
Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to KYC verification being complete. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. ph60 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:
Upon account closure, any balance remaining in your account (after deduction of any bonuses, fraudulently obtained funds, or amounts subject to investigation) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the ph60 platform, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
For disputes relating to game outcomes or account decisions, ph60's internal dispute resolution process must be exhausted before any formal legal proceedings are initiated.
