Important: You must be at least 21 years old to register and play at ph60, in accordance with Philippine gaming regulations.

ph60 requires a valid government-issued photo ID to verify your identity. Accepted documents include:
  • Philippine National ID (PhilSys)
  • Passport (Philippine or foreign)
  • Driver's License issued by the LTO
  • SSS, GSIS, or Unified Multi-Purpose ID (UMID)
  • Voter's ID or PhilHealth ID

No. ph60 strictly allows only one account per player. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name or different names — is a violation of our Terms & Conditions and may result in the permanent suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances. If you have forgotten your login details, use the password reset function or contact our support team.

Changes to your registered name or date of birth require identity re-verification and must be requested through our support team. ph60 does not allow changes to personal details that would circumvent our KYC or age verification requirements.
Deposits

ph60 supports the following deposit methods for Filipino players:
  • GCash — instant deposits via your GCash wallet

The minimum deposit at ph60 is ₱100 for GCash and PayMaya. For bank transfers via BPI, BDO, and Metrobank, the minimum deposit is ₱500. There is no maximum deposit limit, though large deposits may trigger additional verification checks in line with our anti-money laundering obligations.

GCash and PayMaya deposits are credited to your ph60 account instantly in most cases. Bank transfers via BPI, BDO, or Metrobank may take up to 30 minutes during business hours. If your deposit has not appeared after 1 hour, please contact ph60 support with your transaction reference number and we will investigate promptly.
Withdrawals

Log in to your ph60 account, go to the Cashier section, and select Withdraw. Choose your preferred withdrawal method (GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, or Metrobank), enter the amount, and confirm. Your KYC verification must be complete before any withdrawal can be processed. Withdrawals are sent to the same account or wallet used for your most recent deposit.

GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within 1–3 hours. Bank transfers to BPI, BDO, and Metrobank usually take 1–3 business days depending on your bank's processing schedule. Withdrawals requested on weekends or Philippine public holidays may experience slight delays.
ph60 does not charge withdrawal fees. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges.

The minimum withdrawal amount at ph60 is ₱200 for GCash and PayMaya, and ₱500 for bank transfers. There is no maximum single withdrawal limit, though large withdrawals may require additional verification for security purposes.
